Student Terms and Conditions
In the terms below "Harmony360 Training Academy" refers to Harmony360 Training Academy operated by Allison Reiner unless otherwise stated.
1. The Course Syllabus, the Course Content including all modules, and training materials are protected by copyright. Students undertake not to copy the training materials except where such copying is necessary for the purposes of completing the course and/or working with clients.
2. No recording during the training sessions, either by audio or video devices (smartphones etc), is permitted without express written consent.
3. The hypnotherapy techniques, language patterns, and methodologies provided by Harmony360 Training Academy can be used by students for training purposes during the course.
4. They can only be used with clients after successful completion of the full Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma program and upon receiving certification.
5. Course materials and techniques must only be used in accordance with professional hypnotherapy standards and ethical guidelines.
6. Course materials can be made available for download by clients or potential clients for use outside of sessions but cannot be commercialised as individual products to the general public without written permission.
7. Permission must be obtained from Harmony360 Training Academy if any course material, technique, or language pattern in whole or in part is used for advertising or commercial purposes.
8. Whilst in training, students must adhere to the methodologies and approaches taught by Harmony360 Training Academy.
9. Mention of "Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma", "Harmony360 Training Academy", "GHC-accredited", or any other reference to Harmony360 Training Academy on any media (website, Social Media, brochures etc) for advertising or commercial purposes can only be used upon successful completion of the full diploma program.
10. Students may promote their practice during training (website, Social Media etc), however they must clearly state their status as "Student in Training" or "Trainee Hypnotherapist" on all promotional media.
11. Students are permitted to practice with volunteers and case study clients as directed during the program, following all safety and ethical guidelines provided.
12. Harmony360 Training Academy reserves the right to update the course content of any training course at any time should new research come to light to support learning or to maintain accreditation standards.
13. If a session cannot be delivered as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, Harmony360 Training Academy reserves the right to reschedule or provide alternative delivery methods to maintain course continuity.
14. Students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the course and adhere to the ethical standards outlined in the program materials.
15. Students must obtain appropriate Professional Liability Insurance before commencing hypnotherapy sessions with the public. Guidance will be provided during the course.
16. When practicing on members of the public over the age of 18, students must have all clients sign appropriate consent forms. Parents/Carers/Guardians must sign consent forms for anyone under the age of 18. It is the student's responsibility to source case study clients as required by the program.
17. If due to unforeseen circumstances face-to-face training cannot take place, Harmony360 Training Academy reserves the right to continue training via online conferencing. If this is not acceptable to a student, they will be offered deferral to future in-person sessions where available.
18. All assignments and case studies must be submitted within the specified timeframes. Late submissions may affect certification eligibility.
19. Access to course materials and student resources is valid for 18 months after course commencement. Access may be suspended if a student discontinues the course.
20. The awarding of the Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma is subject to students completing all 450 required hours (120 hours live sessions, 230 hours assignments/case studies, 100 hours additional study), meeting all assessment criteria, and full payment of course fees.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 14 Days – Students may cancel their course booking within 14 days of receiving confirmation of enrollment. In this case, they will be entitled to a full refund. After this period, all course fees are non-refundable and full payment of the course is required.
Cancellation Process – To cancel a booking, students must notify Harmony360 Training Academy by email, clearly stating their intention to cancel.
Harmony360 Training Academy Course Cancellations – Harmony360 Training Academy reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time. In such cases, students will be offered:
- Alternative course dates
- A full refund of any monies paid
- A credit note for future programs
Non-Attendance – No refund will be made for non-attendance of any sessions once the course has commenced.
Removal from Course – Harmony360 Training Academy reserves the right to remove a student from the course due to incompatibility, inappropriate behaviour, breach of professional conduct, or disrespect towards other students or instructors. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Exceptional Circumstances – While our no-refund policy is firm, if you experience significant change in circumstances that genuinely prevent you from completing the program, please contact Allison Reiner directly to discuss your individual situation. Each case will be reviewed with compassion and discretion.
PAYMENT TERMS
Course Fees Due in Full – After the 14-day cancellation period has passed, course fees are due in full, regardless of whether payment is made as a single payment or through an agreed payment plan.
Payment Plans – Where payment plans are offered, all installments must be completed regardless of course completion status.
Late Payments – Late payment fees may apply to overdue installments as outlined in individual payment agreements.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND ACCREDITATION
This program is GHC-accredited and meets National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy and CNHC registration requirements. Students must maintain standards consistent with these accreditations throughout and after the program.
DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
All student information is protected under UK GDPR. Case study work must maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with professional hypnotherapy standards.

AGREEMENT
